These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users ("User" or "you") of the hi bajje service ("Service") and hi bajje ("we" or "Platform").

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000 — and you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 Weekly and Other Promotions

Several regular promotions run alongside the weekly hi bajje recharge festival. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility criteria.

• A user may not combine multiple bonuses at the same time unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Game Results

All game results on hi bajje are determined through automated and impartial systems. Each game follows its own rules, and the applicable RTP is stated on that game's information page.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, hi bajje will determine the outcome based on the circumstances.
• hi bajje reserves the right to correct any result displayed incorrectly due to a software or hardware error.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

hi bajje's set odds apply to bets placed on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, and other sports. Odds may change after a match begins. If a match is postponed or cancelled, hi bajje will follow its own policy regarding the relevant bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi bajje platform:

• Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or any other artificial means.
• Colluding with other users to influence game results.

If any such activity is proven, hi bajje reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Closure by hi bajje

hi bajje may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• No activity on the account for an extended period (more than 12 months).

8.2 Closure by the User

• If a game or transaction is disrupted due to internet disconnection or a problem with the user's device.

• Any event beyond hi bajje's control (force majeure, natural disaster, etc.).

In any situation, hi bajje's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the user in that specific transaction.
